What is the important tips for Desert Safari trips
 When you make desert safari it is very important to have two or more vehicle to undertake any desert trip as we might have busted tires or even a car breakdown, but there is no need to worry and indeed this is part of the experience of a desert tour.

Currency
 The local Currency for the Egyptian is Egyptian Pound (L.E) and it is divided into 100 piaster. Egyptian Banks are opened in various hotels & shops. If you wish to convert your currency, you can use U$D, £ UK or Euros, as they are accepted in many banks and other places. |
Food & Drinks
 The traditional Egyptian breakfast is “Ful” which is a kind of bean stew and extremely fillings.
Alternatively, Ful beans are soaked , minced, mixed with spices, formed into patties called Ta’miyya in Cairoand Falafil in Alexandria, and deep – Fried.
Egyptian People often eat their main meal at lunch time and this usually chicken or beef with rice and vegetables and may be preceded by a soup. Bread accompanies every meal and there are many types of bread in different religious.
Salads can be made of greens, Tomatoes, Potatoes, or eggs , as well as with fresh produce and yoghurt.
Egyptian dessert of Pastry or Pudding are usually drenched in honey Syrup.
Baklaua ( filo dough, honey, and nuts ) is one of the less sweet ; Fatir are Pancakes stuffed with every thing from eggs to apricots; and Basbousa, quite sweet, is made of Semolina Pastry soaked in honey and topped with halznuts.
Umm Ali, a delight named for Mamluk queen, is raisin Cake Soaked in milk and served hot.
Konafa is a dish of batter “ strings “ fried on a hot grill and stuffed with nuts, meats, or sweets.
Egyptian rice pudding is called Mahallabiyya and is served topped with Pistachios.
Bottled water is available in all areas frequented by visitors. Both large and small bottles are sold on the street and from ice buckets at most antiquities sites.
The fresh fruit Juices available at small stalls throughout Egypt are delectable treats. The shopkeepers blend the fresh juice and small amounts of ice and sugar water, then strain this mash into your glass.
The drinking of ahwa ( coffee) remains a national tradition. Local coffeehouses cater to men who come to drink coffee, discuss politics, listen to Music.
Egyptian coffee is made from finely powdered beans brewed in a small pot. As the water begins to boil, the grounds float to the surface in a dark foam; the ahwa is served in the pot and poured into a demitasse. Heavier grounds sink to the bottom of the cup and the lighter ones form a foam on the surface, the mark of a perfectly brewed cup. Sip carefully to avoid the grounds at the bottom. Specify the amount of sugar at the time you order, because it’s sweetened in the pot.

Nile Cruise Tips
 First you have to make sure that the cruise is taken as all Inclusive, i.e. accommodation, Tours and Transportation! This option is the best way for you to see all possible temples on route. For health and safety reasons we recommend to choose only the five star Nile cruise
cabin location: A price of accommodation depends largely on which deck you have chosen to stay, staying in the lower decks is generally cheaper than on upper deck. Do not book the cabins near the engine to avoid the noise and fumes.
All of the boats offer comfortable accommodation and have mainly twin bedded cabins all of which are air conditioned and have private facilities & all of the cabins have windows showing views of the river bank.

Visa & Passports
 Most Tourists & Visitors to Egypt can obtain an entry visa at any of the major airports or ports of entry. Non-Egyptian visitors are required to be in possession of a valid passport (with at least 6 months left, before expiry) to get the entry visa. The visa can also be obtained from Egyptians Diplomatic and consular mission abroad, or from the visa department at the Travel Documents, Immigration and Nationality Administration ( TDINA ) building at Mogamma.
Tip: when the visitors of Egypt enter from the overland border post to visit Gulf Aqba Coast and St.Catherine, they can be exempted from Visa, but pay only the Border Taxes upon arrival.
Citizens of the following countries should have a pre arrival visa: Afghanistan, India, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Georgia, India, Kirghizia, Lebanon, Macao, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Palestine, The Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Sri- Lanke, Tadzhikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and all Africa Countries.

Weather
 Weather in Egypt , days are commonly warm & hot, Egypt has only two Season: a mild Winter from October to April and a hot summer from May to September.
Winter weather is colder than most People anticipate, and cold winds blow over the desert at sunrise and sunset. Even when it is warm outside, it can be surprisingly cold inside the massive stone temples.
In Winter the rains can fall any time and every where, so bring warm clothing that you can cope with the cold early mornings.
This Season is the Peak Season in Egypt and this the best time to visit, but this is also the high season and prices trip are expensive at this Period of year because of Hotel’s rate.
During Summer time, sun protection is the most important single consideration for an Egypt trip. Travel clothing should be light and comfortable. The price will be cheaper than price tour in winter.
There is a phenomenon of Egypt’s climate called Khmasin Wind. It blows in from the desert, carrying Sand and dust.
It occurs between March & April in about 5 days.
