Bedouin Camels Tour

Duration: 17 Days / 16 Nights
Itinerary: Cairo / Saint Catherine / Camp at Wadi Safra / Wadi Berga / Mehedra / Wadi Bogziat / Ghazala / Wadi Melihass / Nuwiba / Dahab
Program:
Day 1
Arrival Cairo International Airport, meet and assist through customs and passport control formalities. Transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 2
After breakfast, Start a full day tour of Cairo, including the amazing Museum of Antiquities, containing treasures from the 1st to the 31st Dynasty of the great pharaohs periods, including the treasures of King Tut Ankh Amon tomb. Continue our tour, visit the Citadel of Saladin built in 1183 AD, the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. We finish our tour at Khan El Khalili market where you can wander around hundreds of goldsmiths and hand made crafts. Return to hotel for overnight.
Day 3
After breakfast, Start a full day tour including the great Pyramids of Giza, and the Sphinx, then move further south to visit the old city of Memphis, the capital of ancient Egypt where you can see the huge statue of Ramses II and the Egyptian Alabaster Sphinx of the 19th dynasty. Then we continue our trip to visit Sakkara where we will see the Step Pyramid, the oldest in the world, and the famous Mastaba Tomb. Return to hotel for overnight.
Day 4
After breakfast transfer early morning to Sinai, in the way we will cross the Suez Canal into the Sinai desert, in the afternoon we reach the Bedouin village of St Catherine where we stay for overnight.
Day 5
After breakfast, walk around the area near St Catherine till Wadi El Arbeen and Wadi Sreeg. Overnight Bedouin village at St Catherine.
Day 6
Early morning we climb mount Sinai where the Ten Commandments were given to Moses, we descend and visit St Catherine Monastery often referred to as the hidden jewel of the Sinai, the Monastery has many treasures. We check out and drive for one hour to Wadi Safara where we meet the camel, better known as the ship of the desert, start safari by the camel, about 6 days will be spent with the Bedouins traveling through the desert. Your bed will be your sleeping bag, lay on a blanket of sand under the moon and the stars. We ride for an hour and half to reach Wadi Safra for overnight. Camp, Overnight in Wadi Safra.
Day 7
After breakfast, camel ride for two hours, reach the water well at Maia Safra Valley, where we watch the camels while drinking water needed for desert crossing, then we ride to Wadi El Kiri where we stop for lunch. After lunch, ride to Wadi Berga, where we camp for overnight. Camp, Overnight in Wadi Berga.
Day 8
Ride to Hedouda, Arrive Hedouda and have lunch at El Hedouda Valley. After lunch, ride to Mehedra. Overnight in Mehedra.
Day 9
Ride to Wadi Bogziat. Overnight in Wadi Bogziat.
Day 10
After breakfast, ride to Ghazala. Overnight in Ghazala.
Day 11
After breakfast, Ride to the desko area, stop for lunch and rest then continue to Wadi Melihass, Camp and overnight at Wadi Melihass.
Day 12
Early morning ride back to Wadi Ghazala and cross pass Saimar Reach Wadi Ghazala, the last destination of our camel riding safari, drive to Nuweiba, Arrive Nuweiba and check in your hotel. Overnight in Nuweiba.
Day 13
Day free at leisure, relax or lay down on the hotel beach. Overnight in Nuweiba.
Day 14
Visit the famous Coloured Canyon. Overnight in Nuweiba.
Day 15
Drive to Dahab, visit the Blue Hole. Overnight in Dahab.
Day 16
Drive back to Cairo afternoon, arrive Cairo and check in hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 17
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for departure.
